Since you have been placed in a blacklist, therefore it’s right to begin the delisting procedure. Before submitting a delisting request, you need to check and rectify the following problems that lead to blacklisting –
- Missing or incorrect DNS records may cause blacklisting.
- Mail servers operating within a suspicious range of IP addresses.
- The increased flow of unsolicited emails from an IP address.
You can also take the help of Microsoft Smart Network Data Services (SNDS).
This is a free service from Microsoft and it offers senders a complete evaluation of the mail flow from their IP addresses. The main task of this service is to provide a thorough insight into how subscribers rate the health of your IP address.
SNDS data will help you to analyze the problem causing your IP address to get blacklisted.
Above steps are important to consider before you submit a removal request because if you don’t check and fix the problem, you may again be blacklisted.

If your details and reasons are legitimate and you are not indulged in spamming your receivers, your IP address will be removed from the blacklist as soon as possible.
