- Missing or incorrect DNS records may cause blacklisting.

You can also take the help of Microsoft Smart Network Data Services (SNDS).
This is a free service from Microsoft and it offers senders a complete evaluation of the mail flow from their IP addresses. The main task of this service is to provide a thorough insight into how subscribers rate the health of your IP address.
SNDS data will help you to analyze the problem causing your IP address to get blacklisted.
Above steps are important to consider before you submit a removal request because if you don’t check and fix the problem, you may again be blacklisted.
